AirBond Heat Transfer System

Empire Sons is the sole agent for JKSP Services in Australia. JKSP Services manufactures a new method of Heat Transfer System for the Corrugator Double Backer called AirBond Heat Transfer. The AirBond replaces all the weight rolls or shoes from the heating and cooling sections with a series of heat transfer modules.
AirBond provides Fully Automatic Control at the Double Backer whilst reducing the steam pressure in each heating plate.
No longer can we run Double Facers with rollers, which cause large amounts of damage through crush and heavy maintenance problems.

Shoe systems with zero adjustment, also do not have the flexibility to run the ranges required today. The AirBond is specifically designed to operate efficiently across all paper, flute and belt ranges. Its unique patented loading system, means that not only can it run light weight micro flute, but could just as efficiently run the next order with heavy weight triple wall. The system has already been accepted by several OEM’s and end users, with a doubling of production performances.
